Our Firm has furthered its commitment to hiring the most highly qualified associates by maintaining a pay scale that is among the top in Lincoln, Nebraska.
After length of service requirements are met, associates participate in the Firm's 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. The Firm passes along a share of profits through year-end contributions, which have recently averaged 8%.
Our compensation package also includes the following:
- Medical Insurance
- Life and long-term disability insurance
- Client development/CLE fund equal to 5% of salary
- Moving allowance
- Payment for all bar review courses
- Free parking
- Other incidentals
Salaries
We review compensation annually to assure that we offer competitive salaries.
The opportunity to be highly compensated as a young attorney continues even into partnership, as our Firm does not have a lock step partnership structure that is based on seniority. Rather, we employ a formula that allows young attorneys an opportunity to earn as much as, or more than, senior partners.
During the summer, clerks are placed on salary and are not paid by the hour billed. |
