The goal of the Firm's training program is twofold:

To ensure that Rembolt Ludtke LLP associates are given the opportunity to develop the full range of professional skills they need to succeed;
To serve the needs of present and future clients.

Training and Development
Our Firm has adopted an institutional approach to lawyer training and development. It begins at the new associate level and encompasses associates and partners. We strive to provide attorneys with advanced, substantive training in their practice areas, as well as in the development of interdisciplinary and professional skills.

Intellectual Freedom and Flexibility
Rembolt Ludtke LLP has developed a unique philosophy that promotes intellectual freedom and flexibility among new associates. Our new associates are exposed to all practice areas within the Firm and, thus, are allowed to gravitate towards the areas where their interests and abilities take them. We do not hire new associates to fill specific areas of practice.

Varied Opportunities
New associates can anticipate a diverse range of work assignments directly from all attorneys. In this way, new associates gain an understanding of our practice areas and work with a variety of lawyers during their early years with the Firm.

We try to accommodate the preferences of individual new associates in their quest to gain exposure to substantive practice areas that may interest them in their future careers. However, we also strive to give each new associate a wide variety of legal work in different practice areas. We strongly believe that a broad exposure to different areas of the law provides a solid foundation for young lawyers who will ultimately gravitate to their preferred areas.
