Our Firm isn't large enough to offer a multitude of levels in our personnel structure. However, when we find a good person, we try to keep him or her by offering the most interesting, challenging work possible. Promotions from Within When a position opens up, our first reaction is to consider our present employees first, to see if we already have the skills in residence. If we can offer someone a promotion, or a lateral move with new responsibilities, we are glad to do it. At present, seven of our staff members hold positions higher than those for which they were originally hired.
