At Rembolt Ludtke LLP, we pride ourselves on being very competitive in salaries. Our Firm isn't large enough to offer a multitude of levels in our personnel structure. However, when we find a good person, we try to keep him or her by offering the most interesting, challenging work possible.
Promotions from Within
When a position opens up, our first reaction is to consider our present employees first, to see if we already have the skills in residence. If we can offer someone a promotion, or a lateral move with new responsibilities, we are glad to do it. At present, seven of our staff members hold positions higher than those for which they were originally hired.

The Firm is family-friendly. Our paid time off policy is structured to allow use for any reason, including family obligations. Within the confines of the staffing needs of the Firm, we try to be flexible to allow people to schedule for family appointments and activities. |
