Insurance
Rembolt Ludtke LLP pays the cost of single coverage medical insurance for full-time employees, with family coverage available at cost. Our Section 125 reimbursement accounts allow employees to pay for health care and child care expenses on a pre-tax basis. An employee assistance program is available to provide counseling and referral services.

The Firm also provides life insurance and long-term disability insurance for full-time employees.

401(k)
After a year of service, a full-time employee is eligible to participate in the Firm's 401(k) program, which includes a contribution from the partnership, regardless of the employee contribution level. The partnership contribution is made monthly, and is a straight percentage of gross compensation. The last few years, the partnership has contributed 8% to employee accounts.

Tuition Reimbursement
We encourage employees to continue their life-long learning by reimbursing 80% of the tuition and costs associated with pre-approved, job-related courses. If the course is completed with a grade of at least a "B", the entire cost is reimbursed.

Paid Time Off
During the first four years of employment, full-time employees receive 19 days of paid time off annually.

After four years, that figure increases to 24 days. Leave can be taken in as little as half-hour increments, and can be used for any purpose - vacation, illness, family responsibilities, or personal appointments.
